This program aims to enhance participants' abilities to independently conduct result-oriented sales calls in a professional manner. The content covers concepts of professional selling, need satisfaction selling, identification of customer needs, pre-call planning, questioning and supporting techniques, features and benefits selling, handling customer attitudes, sales negotiation techniques, and order closing techniques. The learning methodology includes a mix of lectures, Q&A, discussions, exercises, and case studies.
