Effective Procurement Management

This program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop effective procurement strategies, plans, and budgets, as well as to manage their implementations properly. The content covers concepts of effective procurement, planning, policies, procedures, vendor management, invitation to quote/tender, quotations & tender evaluation, tender management, procurement negotiations, and contracts/agreements. The learning methodology includes lectures, Q&A, discussions, exercises, and case studies. It is recommended for Procurement Managers/Senior Officers, Purchasing Managers/Senior Officers, Contract Administration Managers/Officers, Project Managers/Engineers/Officers, and other Managers, Engineers, and Senior Staff who need skills to conduct or manage purchasing functions. The course fee is Rp 7.000.000,- per person, excluding VAT, and includes a certificate, refreshments, lunch, stationery, and writing instruments.
