Effective Organization Development

This program aims to enhance participants' ability to develop organizations capable of effectively implementing chosen company strategies to realize its vision, accomplish its mission, and achieve its objectives. The content covers concepts and principles of effective organization development, steps and processes, basic departure points, linking development to corporate and business strategies, organization development audit, developing desired organization culture, designing the right organization structure, creating job descriptions, performance standards, and competency profiles, determining personnel numbers, job grades, salary structure, and developing appropriate organization policies and procedures. It also includes managing change. The learning methodology involves lectures, Q&A, sharing, discussions, individual and group exercises, and case studies. Recommended participants include HR Directors/Managers/Specialists, Organization Development Specialists, and those being groomed for such positions, as well as anyone who contributes significantly to effective organization development. The course fee is Rp 7.000.000,- per person, excluding VAT, and includes a certificate, refreshments, lunch, stationery, and writing instruments.
